Pending transaction showing on app, but not on website
I accepted an offer on an item and the buyer said they received a counter offer from me instead.
The app shows I accepted the offer but says payment failed.
I was seeing a lot of action on the item before and now nothing.
Anyone know how I can contact ebay about this?

Mentor1 year agoeBay changed the way that offers work. When a seller accepts an offer, the buyer receives a notice from eBay which looks similar to a counter-offer from the seller at the same price, which the buyer can use to purchase the item at that price.
The buyer will have to complete payment successfully in order to purchase the item. Until that happens, the item remains listed and available for anyone to purchase.
