Pending payment
I tried purchasing an item and bought something before it and after but this one got declined and it says still it’s pending and I can’t cancel to rebuy it what do it do, also no fees have been taken out my account

Mentor3 years agoWhen you say the purchase got "declined" what do you mean? Buyers can only REQUEST to cancel, but it is up to the seller to file the cancellation. You do not go to ebay Checkout until you have an actual purchase. If you do not see the purchase in your Purchase history, you have not committed to making the purchase.
