Penalty
Hello, I need help. In April, I bought two items and couldn't pay for them because I had to be away for a family emergency. When I returned, it was too late, and I had a penalty, which meant I couldn't buy any more on eBay. How can I appeal this penalty? I've tried, but there's no way to contact them directly.
Can anyone help me? Thank you in advance.

Mentor1 year agoWhen you have 2 or more unpaid transactions, sellers can block you from bidding or purchasing their items. That block will be in place for 12 months. Not all sellers have this block in place. You just have to look for them.
