Pcm ecm ecu computer repair and return
I couldn’t find my transaction in my purchase history for a repair & return on a pcm computer repair,,I could only find proof of the purchase by a delivered notification,,,I tried to get access of through speaking to a customer service agent but was finally told that i placed it in my hidden files ,,,I never knew of a hidden option…agent told me how to access it but I can’t find the option agent told me to use..I’m trying to access original listing to that shows the warranty…the listing I purchase in 2022 no longer exists agent says,, but knew enough to tell me that warranty was only one year… I asked how does she know that if original listing no longer exists,, she said that was a good question & said it’s hidden & couldn’t access it to send too me,,, that I have to access myself… does anyone know how I can do this with mobile phone?

To access your hidden purchases, go to your Purchase History, choose to see ALL at the top of your orders/purchase list. You should be able to see the item, but not the details.
Ebay does not deal with warranties. That would be a matter between the 3rd party warranty service (if you purchased that) or the seller. Sellers cannot issue warranties unless they are an authorized seller for the company that manufactures the item.
