PayPal sent my refund back to EBay. I want my refund
I purchased a lamp base and it turned out to be a reproduction. The seller sent refund to eBay who sent to PayPal. PayPal put the funds into their balance. The next day the funds were gone. PayPal said my bank refused the deposit, ( which is insane, ) so PayPal returned funds to EBay. eBay says case is closed and doesn’t understand that they have the refund back due to a bank error per PayPal.
