PayPal refund from buyer
If I sold an item for $ 21 and I purchased $ 5 for shipping label. Buyer pays shipping. My total payout was $ 16.82 from eBay. Does that seem right?

Mentor1 year agoSounds about right. eBay charges their Final Value Fee on the total amount paid by the buyer which includes the item price, shipping charge and sales tax. For this sale the fee is 13.60% plus a 40 cent transaction fee. Without knowing the sales tax charged the calculation comes out to be about the number you stated.
