PayPal payment method - why is it taking money from my checking acct. instead of the PayPal balance?
I have Paypal selected as my primary payment method. I checked my PayPal account and verified that the payment should be taken from by BALANCE with my checking account set up as a 2nd payment method. My last three Ebay payments were taken from my checking account even though I have sufficient funds in my Paypal Balance to cover all my Ebay purchases...what is going on? PayPal said it is NOT them, and to check with Ebay? How do you fix this?
