Paypal pay in 4
Hey all!
I'm trying to pay for an item using PayPal pay in 4. It's not approving me even though I've used it like 100 times without an issue. I think it's because I have 6 pending transactions from offers I put in that were rrejected by the sellers. Ebay made me put in a payment method when sending offers. I used pay in 4 on them and now they're sitting in limbo. How and when do these pending transactions disappear? Thanks.
