PayPal is the worst ?
Anyone else experiencing this? Won an auction, paid using PayPal. The funds have been pulled from my bank and are no longer pending. Yet PayPal hasn’t transferred the money over to the seller. I call them and they have no record of the payment going through on there end and just tell me it can take up to 7 business days for an ACH payment to go through.
My bank says the transaction is complete and that it wasn’t an ACH. Is PayPal just full of **bleep**?

Mentor2 years agoThe problem you are having is with your seller - not with PayPal. Your seller is instructed to ship by eBay when you pay - not when your payment is released to him.
When it's past the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.

PayPal doesn’t transfer money to the seller. It transfers money to Adyen, which is the company that processes buyers’ payments for eBay.
Many sellers have payments put on ‘hold’ for various reasons … and won’t receive their payment until the item is delivered to the buyer.
PayPal stopped processing payments for eBay sellers years ago.
