PayPal Credit Card choice
How can I verify WHICH credit card will be billed before purchasing an item on eBay ? I have several credit cards I use on my PayPal account. Ebay Account settings just shows that PayPal will be used,,, but it wont let me access the account to ensure the transaction is billed to the correct credit card.

You must have selected a particular payment method in your PayPal account to be your Default/ Preferred method. That is the method that will be used … unless you change it.

If you mean that when you check out of eBay and select PayPal, you are not able to choose a specific payment method in your PayPal wallet but one is selected for you, in that case go to your eBay Payments page in your eBay account and delete the entry for PayPal that appears there.

The next time you check out on eBay and choose PayPal, you should be sent to your PayPal wallet page and given a chance to pick a specific payment method, including PayPal Credit if the transaction qualifies.
If the seller requires a payment method in advance to place a bid or make an offer, you may have to provide a credit or debit card that can handle a reversible payment hold. If you choose PayPal as your payment method for offers and auctions, that may create a new PayPal entry in your eBay Payments page which may have to be deleted again in order to access your PayPal wallet at eBay checkout.
