PayPal
Why does EBay allow PayPal to utilize its platform as a payment processor when PayPal allows its employees to use vulgar abusive language with me, the purchaser? Why are we allowed to use a platform, PayPal, that calls me vulgar names and is abusive. I called PayPal and they seem to not care about their "brand" at all. I do not appreciate what I was called and this has affected my relationship with EBay.

Mentor2 years agoYou control who you use to pay for items on ebay, not ebay. If you have a problem with PayPal report the issue to PayPal.

OP2 years agoHello, it is unacceptable for a business to use vulgar and harassing language with customers. Being nasty is not a good way to do business, now maybe it is with some. And I will not do any business with them. What I am doing is NOT making any bids with those sellers who will only use Paypal. there are others posting the same items, and I will use them. I will not support any. company that called me vulgar names, I do not like to be sworn at. This then becomes more a message to Buyers who can avoid those sellers who use a nasty a payment processor that needs to get a refresher in proper use of language. Incidentally, have you ever tried to get in touch with PayPal? I will mention that even AMEX said that they have trouble. I expect better customer care than I received from Paypal. So now I never Bid from a seller who only uses PayPal. So Thank You for letting the Sellers know that they have other options.
