PayPal
It says my PayPal is being used on another account? How can this be? Can I remove it from this other account? I only want it used on my account.

Does it say the same thing about eBay, too? Or any other site? I get messages like that. I get them because my browser preferences are set to delete all cookies when I exit. Since eBay can't find the cookie it left the previous time I was onsite, it thinks that it's somebody else who hasn't had a cookie set yet.

Are you trying to change your email address associated with your eBay account? If so, each eBay account must have a unique email address. If your email address is already associated with a different eBay account, you must use another email address for this account.
