Payouts still on hold
When I signed up for ebay I added my bank debit card as the payout method. I sold a couple of items and it said my funds will be available on September 12th today but they are still on hold. My payout preference is set to weekly and on demand with my bank debit card. But still my funds are on hold.

While you can register a debit card as a method for receiving payments, it cannot be done that way until you have been an active seller for more than 90 days. Until then you have to have payments made to an active checking account.
Since you just started selling and the items you sold were high end ones, you may have to wait out the full 30 days of ebay's new seller payment hold, even if the tracking you uploaded shows the items were delivered.
FYI. While you have a No returns policy, it will not fly in the face of ebay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG) if a buyer files any kind of Not as described damaged or not working dispute. link below.
Also the shipping service you are using only comes with $100 insurance against the shipper damaging or losing the package. You may want to consider paying for additional insurance to protect your self, and if you sell an item for more than $750 you have to pay for insurance.
