Payouts on hold
Hello, just wondering why my payouts have been put on hold. I called customer service and the lady was not very helpful…she tried to tell me that every eBay account is being reviewed? That doesn’t sound believable. I’m a new seller…just started a couple months ago. The message I got was that they have place a hold on my payouts while my account is under review. Could take up to 5 business days. Thanks for any insight!!
