Payouts not received from eBay
The last three orders I sold were all entered by eBay with the same payout ID number. I only got paid for one of the three items sold. But since all three items have the same payout ID number, they all appear to have been paid out on eBays end. I have been going around in circles with eBay's "AI assistant" to no avail. Are there any humans in customer service that I can speak to? Can anyone provide me that number? Or, is there an email address where I can explain to eBay exactly what the issue is?

Add ‘agent' in the chat box that popped up.
Answer questions if showing up.
Find the agent, maybe under "More actions".

OP2 years agoThank you, thank you, thank you! It worked! There was a real person after I typed "agent" into the auto assistant chat box. I really appreciate your assistance. My issues were resolved with 5 minutes! Have a nice Holiday. 😊
