Payouts less than what told they would be.
My first two items sold on eBay ever, after shipping fees and eBay tax is taken out, first “order earnings†was $18.26, the second order earnings was $9.14. That is AFTER eBay and shipping cost and everything was taken out, this is what I was SUPPOSED to make after the extra fees were taken out. I only had $3.28 deposited into my bank account, the extra money not in holds or anywhere else, just gone. eBay customer service number will not connect me to a real person to speak with, will only allow me to talk with their Ai assistant over phone and in messages. What do I do about this? Has anyone else had this problem? I am a new seller on eBay, and it does say that sometimes money will be kept on hold for a certain amount of days. But that money is not on my “on hold†tab. And when I click on them it says “these funds have been released and are available for payout†yet it shows no payouts available, and only deposited the $3.

That sounds frustrating.
Your "available funds" are a running total, so there may be other fees from other listings and sales intermingled. Each payout can cover multiple transactions.
If you click PayOut ID here, it will have a complete breakdown of that Payout:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/payouts
From your gross sales (Price + Shipping, if any + Sales Tax) eBay will deduct
Sales Tax (remitted to the state)
Shipping labels
Final Value Fees FVF
Insertion fees (if any)
Promoted listing fees (if any)
Store Fees (if any)
etc.
Here is a help page where you can learn about selling fees:
https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/fees-credits-invoices/selling-fees?id=4822
All of the deductions should be listed here:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/transactions
And you can look at the breakdown here of your payouts here:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/summary
My guess is that it is the shipping labels for your next 3 sales.
