Payouts don't seem correct
I sold a braclet and Ebay charged the buyer $22 for Shipping and a GSP tax.
I selected Ebay shipping and I was charged $17 for shipping and
I was also charged for advertising which showed up on the day it was sold.
I never selected an advertising option.
Why does Ebay get to deduct the shipping from me when it was already prepaid by the buyer?
How can I dispute the advertising fee that I did not sign up for!
