If that doesn't work then contact customer service. I am guessing you may need to verify information on your account. Have you linked and verified a checking account? Provided a SS#?

Then Type Verify Checking account. In the chat bot box on the lower right.
Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.
