Payouts are on hold due to restriction
I am a seller from Ukraine. Have Top Raited seller level however my account is restricted due to BBE policy (problem with Postal Service troubles).
Due to payouts are currently on hold. Partially payouts marked as available but eBay isn't paying them.
I contacted eBay support and received information that they sent me an email with instructions on what I should do. But I haven't received the letter and I don't know what to do. It might be due to service interruptions electricity supplies. We had a complete power outage back then, and now we're constantly experiencing power outages due to missile and drone attacks.
During the war, eBay became my only source of income. Thank you to all my buyers from the US and Canada for their continued support and words of encouragement!
Now I can't receive my payments and I have nothing to live on. And the saddest thing is that I don't understand what I need to do to get my money.
I can't call, my spoken English is very bad. Tell me please what I should do?
