Payouts
Hello,
I am trying to figure out what orders correlate to the payouts I am getting. I do my own bookkeeping and it has been a struggle just to annotate my orders correctly.
Is there a simple method to figure this out?
Thanks

Your "available funds" are a running total, so there may be fees from other listings and sales intermingled. Each payout can cover multiple transactions.
If you click PayOut ID here, it will have a complete breakdown of that Payout:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/payouts
From your gross sales (Price + Shipping, if any + Sales Tax) eBay will deduct
Sales Tax (remitted to the state)
Shipping labels
Final Value Fees FVF
Insertion fees (if any)
Promoted listing fees (if any)
Store Fees (if any)
etc.
All of the deductions should be listed here:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/transactions
And you can look at the breakdown here of your payouts here:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/summary
If you use the App, here is where to find your transactions and payouts
Click Selling icon
>Payments
>>See all activity
>>>Click the Payout and review the 'related transactions' list
