A quick glance at your sales shows you had two sales six months or more ago. And this latest one on May 15. Ebay often considers that as being an infrequent Seller.
All new and infrequent Sellers will have their funds held for approximately 30 days in the event of a refund request. Buyers can request a refund for up to 30 days after delivery and the Seller needs to have the funds available to cover that. This is especially true for sales over $1000.
The fact that your Buyer left positive feedback should help. But it still might be a little bit before the funds for that sale are released due to the amount involved.
