Payouts
How do I receive my funds for an item that was delivered over three days ago? I'm a new seller and not sure why I don't have access to those funds even after the new seller waiting period.

As a fellow seller I understand that waiting for your payout is frustrating.
Fund holds are normal for new and returning sellers.
New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers can experience holds for up to 31 days.
You can see the Transaction Holds policy on this page>

OP4 months agoFrom what I was reading it said for orders with tracking payout is available 2-3 days after delivered. 31 days if the order has no tracking. My shipment included tracking.

"Transaction holds may be applied as a one-off for a specific order (for example, a high-priced item), or may apply to all of a seller's orders for a period of time (for example, new sellers or sellers who had a recent suspension)."
New sellers have always been subject to fund holds. The payout may happen sooner than 31 days.
