Payouts
Has anyone went to do a payout and your cash app or memo card was locked? Did you have to wait another 48 hours to verify your account again on the same card?

Mentor6 months ago@joe.j_19 You are going to have problems with trying to have a payout to a cash app as it is not an approved payout method. You need to use a checking account to receive your payouts. You can not use a debit card at first either.
Verify that name and address on your eBay account matches your checking account and government ID EXACTLY. I had to had my middle name to my eBay account so it would match my checking account and drivers license. You will need to provide your SS#.

Then Type Verify Checking account. In the chat bot box on the lower right.
Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.

OP6 months agoThanks ma'am. I've used venmo already. + Had about four payouts but I talked to customer service and they said that it would be 24 hours now not 48 since I already using the same card. But thank you for your reply man

Mentor6 months agoThose type of payouts sometimes sneak through and then they are later stopped by the system. eBay needs a traceable method for your payout due to the federal know your customer law. The same reason they need your SS#. The payout method also has to accept debits.
