How do I setup a payout account to my debit card?

Note that whether they are scheduled or on-demand payouts, payouts to a debit card are considered Express Payouts, which means they are subject to a $2 fee. I highly recommend setting up your bank account instead, and if you don't have a bank account dedicated to selling on eBay, it is often a good idea to set one up (preferably one with no fees) just for your eBay payouts and account charges.
