when i posted out the package i added insurance to the parcel which changed the tracking number. I didnt change the tracking number on ebay from the old one and now on the new one it says the person has collected the item and my funds have not been processed. please help

You can ADD an additional tracking number to the transaction. Here int he US when we print our labels through eBay we can add additional insurance on the original label and tracking is automatically uploaded to the sold file.
