Hi, I have had a account for awhile. I stopped selling for a year or so. I have a new bank account number and tried to updated it. It said I had to give old info from the bank account. Or manually login in. I do not have that info any more, it’s been a long time. Any ideas how I can get paid? Just weird there is no phone number for help, no other option for fixing this?

You don't have any bank statements or checks? Otherwise, you'll need to contact your old bank.
