Mentor2 years agoSince we do not know why your account was restricted, I will guess that you needed to submit documents in order to transition to Managed Payments to receive your payouts.

Make sure the ebay registered name is EXACTLY identical to the name on your checking account, including middle initial or middle name.
Make sure you also register a physical street address, no P.O. Boxes. That can be changed later if needed.
