Trying to get my first payouts, eBay says need my DOB and SSN, but when I enter it and hit CONFIRM, nothing happens. Also, eBay says I have two listed owners of business, actually it's the same information entered twice, but only option is to Edit second one, not Delete it. I've tried to get phone help from eBay 4 times on this and they are useless. Any ideas so I can get my payouts.
