payout with a restricted account
I have a restricted account currently with a good amount in my account. I was told it would be paid out automatically, it has been 3 months since I was restricted for a reason that's still unknown to me. I spoke with someone finally on the phone from EBay and she assured me it would be paid out, but still nothing.
Any idea who to contact or even if this is true regarding my payout.
