Payout went to old debit card and made a bank transaction i can't find

Question

I was told of a payout to a debit card which was in my acct (which I should have deleted).

the card is old and i can't remember when it was entered. Mastercard can't help me bec they don't see the card either.

How can I get help from Ebay to reverse it out and put to a different card?

@jpl020256 Debit cards are usually from banks. Do you have any information for past bank accounts that you can contact the bank?

Here's how to Contact Customer service

Then Type PAYOUT in the chat bot box on the lower right. (Do not add any additional information)

Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.
