Payout went to a closed bank account

Question

Payout was sent to a closed bank account. I updated account information immediately but havenâ€™t seen anything about this payout in almost a week.Suggestion??????

@wicked-monkey-comics IMHO the first step would be to contact the bank that you had the closed account at. They very well may have it. It is just a phone call, but it may resolve your issue quickly.

@wicked-monkey-comics It should have bounced back to your managed payments account after a few business days.

Here's how to contact a eBay customer service Managed Payments Agent:

On a computer go to your Seller Hub Overview page and click on SUMMARY

Next scroll ALL the way down to the lower right corner and click on the ? mark. Then you will see a pop up and a button that says " Have us call you"
