Payout to Debit Card
Why won't it let me payout to my debit card and why can't I receive my funds for selling a item immediately. What do I do if I can't ship it until I receive my funds?

You have to ship as soon as eBay shows that you can ship. Shipping labels can be paid for with your funds.
