Payout shows complete but no payout in Transactions
I sold 3 items. The money hold was released. The system shows 3 payouts but only 2 of those show up in the Transactions screen. When I click on the individual sold item and click on the Payout ID it shows a wrong payout amount. How do I get real help with this issue?

OP1 year agoI will try that some more. I apparently haven't found the magical button that lets me get into a chat or email with a real human. It's all multiple choice of options that do not apply. It's rubbish to get the run around like this.
