Payout sent to closed account
Hello! I am a casual seller and recently sold an item. Due to an automatic scheduled payout, the funds were sent to a bank account that I closed last year. What happens to the payout now? Will the funds be returned to eBay so they can be reissued to my currently linked, active account?

Mentor6 months agoIf the account is closed, the bank should kick it back to eBay. You can contact that bank to make sure the procedure is to bounce it back to eBay.
You should make sure your account is updated. Updating your checking account details for payouts | eBay
The payment should be reissued to the new account.
