Payout on Hold/Customer Service
I can get my available funds. They are on hold. I changed debit cards and failed to update my account. One thing led to another and now I can't access what is labeled available funds.
I also am unable to send ebay a message.
I'm unable to ask them to call me.
Can anyone explain how to actually contact these **bleep**?
