Payout on Hold | Different Shipping Label used

Question

I took my package to UPS and since it was slightly more heavy than I though, they printed a new label. My first time selling on ebay so i didin't think anything of it. Now i cant get paid out because the wrong label was used. How can I get paid out?

-- You should add the tracking number that was used when you shipped your item so you have eBay seller protection, and can get paid.

The tracking number will be printed on the receipt (USPS tracking number is usually a 22-digit number)

- Go to the Sold section of My eBay. https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold

- From More actions, select Add tracking number.

- Add, edit or delete the tracking number and the carrier.

- Select Submit.

Did you buy a label on eBay that you didn't use? If so that label should be canceled.

Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:

- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay

- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.

- Choose your reason for canceling the label.

- Select Cancel shipping label.

You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.

Lastly, your money will be released about 30 days after the expected delivery, even if there is no tracking.
