Mentor1 year ago@jimmacie I have seen reports of the payouts not being sent on time from other sellers.
Here's how to contact a eBay customer service Managed Payments Agent:
On a computer go to your Seller Hub Overview page and click on SUMMARY
https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/summary
Next scroll down to the lower right corner and click on the ? mark. Then you will see a pop up and a button that says " Have us call you"
( If you don't see the option on this page to request a call back try back later during business hours of 9 to 5 PT. The option may not be available during high call volume times but this is the best way to contact a Managed Payments Agent)
