Payout Not Received on Item Delivered 1/13/26

Question

I had an item that I sold delivered on 1/13. I did have to redo shipping on my own as I underestimated the cost of shipping. I just ate that cost. I changed the tracking number, and it shows delivered but my funds are still on hold. How do I rectify this? Thanks!

All new and returning Sellers will have their funds held for approximately 30 days in the event of a refund request. EBay allows Buyers up to 30 days to request a refund and the Seller needs to have the funds available to cover that.

Once you have additional successful sales, eBay will start releasing your funds sooner.
