Payout moved to the next day? What is saying it will not move again

eBay should have sent the $358.68 for the two deliveries on 1 Sept today; eBay stated the next payout was 3 Sept. These are two deliveries made on 1 Sept.. Yesterday, eBay stated the payout was 3 Sept for the two deliveries. Another item was delivered on 2 September. eBay changed the payout, including the ones for 3 Sept, to 4 Sept. Another delivery was cleared today, 3 Sept. The two items delivered on 1 September say funds available. But if eBay moved the payout of the two deliveries to the next day because of a delivery on 2 Sept, that means the delivery today will move the payout again to the next business day, which i th 8th of Sept. Monday is a holiday.
I am not a heavy seller, but how do sellers get paid if eBay is constantly moving the payout date?
