Payout missing
Has anyone every had a payout that Ebay says it sent but you don't receive it? I see no option where I can request or open a case on this. I've been a member for over 15 years use Ebay periodically and only started selling. Boy they really don't have any customer service.

In your payment account, click on the payout. There is a reference number on the detail page. Call your bank annd ask them to trace that deposit.
