Payout issue due to Social Security number For 3 months
I am not getting any payouts for 3 months. eBay says they will call me back but never do.
I would like some answers please to get my $100+ sells

Ebay requires that Sellers provide their SSN to sell on eBay and receive their funds.

OP1 year agoI have been on the phone with eBay to resolve. They say they escalate the ticket, but no one calls me back. I have entered my social security number at least 15 times over the last 3 months and they say they still need that info. I added my middle initial, but that has not helped. I started in 2007, but last year didn’t sell.
they keep asking me same questions and never call me back. I asked for supervisor and/or IT dept but not heard back. I sold a few items and would like my money.
