Payout issue
I have items that I have confirmed with the buyer through messages that they have arrived and they are happy with the product but because they were shipped in an envelope the tracking has not updated and it has been delivered for 2 weeks +. What steps can I or should I take? TIA I respect and appreciate any help! 🙏

Mentor5 months agoIf there is no proof of delivery via tracking, your payout might be held for up to 31 days.
