Payout issue
Hello, does any know how to get ny payout for a sale that was a month ago. It's being held because post office didn't scan to update to delivered but customer has received

Mentor2 years ago@bis10873s Ask your buyer to leave feedback that the item was received and then contact customer service. They usually release funds after 30 days if there's not any tracking to show delivery. ( Unless it's a high priced item, just adding that info for anyone else reads this)
On a computer go to your Seller Hub Overview page and click on SUMMARY
