Payout is lower than it should be
I sold the product, printed the label and sent it to the buyer. But USPS sent the package back to me indicating that I did not correctly specify the dimensions and weight. I measured everything again, printed out the label and shipped again. In the end I earned less money. What should I do in this case to get paid for an additional shipping label?
