Payout is less than expected!
EBay has deposited an amount in my bank account that is less than the amount they informed I made from the sell. The site tells me that I made a certain amount, but this is not the amount that eBay deposited in my account.

That sounds frustrating.
Your "available funds" are a running total, so there may be other fees from other listings and sales intermingled. Each payout can cover multiple transactions.

From your gross sales (Price + Shipping, if any + Sales Tax) eBay will deduct
Sales Tax (remitted to the state)
Shipping labels
Final Value Fees FVF
Insertion fees (if any)
Promoted listing fees (if any)
Store Fees (if any)
etc.
