Payout Holds
The lengthy payout holds (requiring tracking upload/awaiting delivery confirmation before release of funds) is making it challenging to pay for shipping costs. This is new to me and I'm curious if there's anything I can do to receive immediate payment/better allowing me to keep accounts separate?

You have the ability to pay for your shipping labels with your pending funds. You'll see the options down near the bottom of the label creation page.
