Dear eBay Community / Support Team,
I am writing to seek urgent help regarding an account restriction and payout hold on my eBay seller account.
My account registration address is in Pakistan, and I have already successfully connected my verified Payoneer account (ID: 42859483) under my registered name. When checking my eBay Payments dashboard, it displays a red banner stating: "Your payouts are currently on hold because your eBay account is restricted. You'll start getting paid again when your account is reinstated.
Unfortunately, when I click the "Learn more" link inside the banner to see what documents are required, the link is unresponsive and does not load any information. Furthermore, I have checked my official eBay Messages inbox, but I cannot find a specific MC011, MC999, or onboarding notification explaining the root cause of the restriction or providing a secure upload portal.
Since my Payoneer account is active and properly synced, I believe I need to submit my identity verification (Smart CNIC / Passport) or business details directly to eBay to lift this hold, but I lack the functional interface link to do so.
Could a community moderator or experienced seller please advise on how to bypass this glitch, or provide the correct internal link to submit my compliance documentation for account reinstatement?
