Payout hold
So it says in my payouts that I have payout hold. In the email sent to me it says that I need to either provide tracking for item I sold or mark shipped on all items sent or shipped. Every single item I've sold has been shipped or delivered. It tells me to reply to email once finished but when I reply to email it says I can't contact eBay through that email address and then tells me to contact through the app, but the apps bot is too stupid to even understand what I need help with so I'm stuck in this cycle with no end in sight. Will eBay just resolve this automatically or am I just screwed? I'm still able to add new listings and make sales but it just says payouts on hold and to read email to see why then resolve it. Smh so frustrating

All new sellers or ones that have not sold anything in over a year have the 21-30 day hold placed on their payments.

The way ebay knows that items were shipped on time and delivered, is to upload the tracking number to each sold item. If you buy your shipping labels through ebay that is done automatically. If you get labels from another source you have to manually upload those numbers. The held funds are not released once tracking shows delivered because of thier Money Back Guarantee policy which gives buyers up to 30 days to open return disputes, though a positive feedback from a buyer may release the funds earlier.
The general requirements for the hold to be lifted are: Being a seller for 90 days, 25 transactions, and $250 in sales without negative feedback. You have satisfied 2 of the 3 requirements already. Chances are that when your seller rating is updated on Feb. 20th the hold will be completely lifted.

OP8 months agoI've been a seller more than 90 days, I've done way more than 25 transactions and sold way more than 250. I've also bought every single label through eBay.
