Payout hold
I am a seller and I have received feedback from buyers saying they've received the item, but the ebay tracking doesn't say that, so it won't let me get payed. Any suggestions?

As a new seller, you should expect that payments can be held for up to thirty days.

Tracking showing delivery may speed things up a bit, but you will get paid even without tracking so long as the buyer does not complain.
