What do I do if my package was delivered and received by buyer and they are showing it wasn’t delivered but it was! He acknowledged that he received it and it’s been 2 weeks since delivery and still on hold?? Help please

As a fellow seller I understand that waiting for your payout is frustrating.
Fund holds are normal for new and returning sellers.
New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 30 days, although sometimes it may be longer
